The Bridgeville Athletic Association (BAA) is looking for the generosity of local individuals and companies to sponsor boys and girls baseball and softball teams for the upcoming season. Your help is greatly needed.
Consider Supporting the Bridgeville Athletic Association Today
The BAA is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)3 organization that was established in 1957 with the goal of advancing and promoting amateur athletics for the young people of our community. Each year the BAA fields teams that participate in leagues within and around the Chartiers Valley School District. The BAA offers:
- Pre-T and T-Ball for boys & girls ages 3-4 & 5-6
- Fast and Slow Pitch Softball for girls ages 7-19
- Baseball for boys & girls ages 7-19
More than 300 boys and girls from over 200 local families participate in our baseball and softball programs every year. A tremendous amount of volunteer and financial support is needed to keep our organization successful and we are truly grateful for every bit of help we receive; from parents who volunteer as coaches and board members to businesses who sponsor uniforms and equipment. While we do charge registration fees for children to participate, we pride ourselves on keeping those registration fees as low as possible so that the family of any child who wants to play ball can afford to let them. However, to do so, we need your help with the remainder of our yearly expenses.
The BAA humbly requests that you consider becoming a sponsor of our organization. Any donation you or your company are able to provide is completely TAX DEDUCTIBLE and the advertising exposure you will receive in return reaches parents and players from the following communities during our Spring and Tournament Seasons
Our Current Sponsorship Opportunities Include
Team Sponsorship
- Sponsor’s name on player’s shirts or hats. Don’t delay, these always go first.
Advertising sign
- 4×4 Metal Sign on the fences at Chartiers Park, with a design & logo of your choice. Second year – $200 (sign exists). Third Year and beyond – $150/year.
Additional Sponsorship Benefits and Information
All sponsors receive a subscription to our newsletter “Play Ball!” – which is the BAA’s publication that keeps our community informed of our activities (a copy has been included for your review). It is distributed to more than 300 local families and over 50 local businesses. Each Sponsor’s participation is acknowledged in that newsletter and on our website (www.bridgevilleball.com). Team-level benefactors also receive either a Team T-shirt / Hat or a plaque with a team photo to commemorate their sponsorship, if desired.
Remember, even if you choose not to sponsor a team or place an advertising sign, any donation will help keep this all-volunteer, non-profit organization a vital part of our community and it will be completely TAX DEDUCTIBLE!! Please take a moment to review the attached Sponsor Agreement and to decide on your level of participation. We ask that you provide the requested information and return it with your check payable to “BAA” as soon as possible.
